The KS3 curriculum tries to work with the knowledge with which the pupils come to us in Year 7. Some pupils will have attended our junior school and some will have attended local junior schools. There is a wide difference in their knowledge from Year 6. In KS3 we learn through enquiry and pupils are taught to develop skills such as reasoning, analyzing and synthesizing. They also learn to empathise, show tolerance and fairness.
