Ethics and Islam

Ethics is about life and in studying ethics we are seeking to become more knowledgeable about life. It is also a gripping subject, with links to interesting and important areas outside ethics Ethics is more than an interesting subject. It is also very useful from a career point of view. For the ethics student is not simply fed information. He or she is given tools for thinking. In A level religious studies, pupils must display knowledge, understanding and evaluative skills in respect to specified topics. There are essay type questions for which they will be expected to research from a range of sources including the media. It by keeping up to date with the changing face of ethics that pupils will find this subject stimulating and enjoyable.
