Applications for entry are welcome at any time during the year as long as places are available.  References will be requested from previous schools.

Entry to Rainbows Nursery & Preparatory School

Entry to Rainbows Nursery and the Infant Department is by parental/family interview with the Head of the Preparatory School, Mrs Lesley Turner and by a day's assessment visit for older children.  Pupils wishing to enter the Junior Department are invited to spend one or two days with us for assessment.

Entry to Senior School

We have a formal Entrance and Scholarship Examination morning for pupils wishing to enter Year 7.  This year, the examinations will be held on Saturday 12 January 2013.  If you wish to enter your child for the examinations, please contact the Registrar during the Autumn Term to register your child.

For entry to Years 8 - 10, pupils join us for a two or three day assessment visit.

Entry to Sixth Form

For entry to the Sixth Form, the requirement is at least five GCSE passes at grade A* - C.  A copy of our Sixth Form Prospectus can be viewed on the 'Prospectus' sub-heading above.
